Classroom application, share-out, and privacy
Every participant submits an anonymized artifact link and a brief reflection through a Google Form. Selected volunteers join Coach Sabrina to present live on Zoom on December 6; a prerecorded video is an alternative to presenting live. The start time and submission deadline will be announced in the portal.
Remove all student names and other identifying or confidential information from prompts, artifacts, videos, and reflections. With permission, approved materials will appear in a separate, curated, view-only Google Sheet in the participant portal. Raw submission responses stay private. Permission to share materials and permission to appear in a session recording are collected separately.
Sabrina Mills
Sabrina Mills is the founder of AI TaskMasters for Teachers and a classroom teacher in one of the few artificial intelligence-focused school clusters in the United States. She brings a real teacher’s perspective to helping educators use practical AI tools to save time, work smarter, and make a greater impact—without losing the human connection that makes great teaching possible.

I’m not tech-savvy. Will this be too advanced for me?
You don’t need to be an AI expert or know how to code. This workshop uses guided examples and familiar teaching tasks, so you can practice using AI with your professional judgment at the center.
I’m already overloaded. Do I need lots of preparation?
Complete the included 30-minute prework on AI fluency, safety, ethics, and workshop preparation. Bring a laptop and a real teaching task you want help with, such as a lesson, parent message, or student resource. You’ll use workshop time to work on something already on your list—rather than add another project to it.
Will I have replay access?
Yes. Registration includes the participant portal and two months of replay access after the October 25 live workshop.
I’d feel more confident learning with a colleague. Can we join together?
Yes. Individual registration: $47 for one educator. Bring a Friend registration: $80 total for two educators. Both options include the full program, portal access, replay access, and participant bonus. Provide your colleague’s own email during registration so they can receive their confirmation and complete their own Zoom registration.
Will getting into the workshop on Zoom be complicated?
After checkout, follow the REQUIRED FINAL STEP on the confirmation page: register for Zoom. Zoom will email your personal workshop access link directly to you. Each educator completes their own registration and keeps their individual link.
